Rise & Flow — Event Terms & Liability Waiver

By purchasing a ticket to Rise & Flow, you agree to the following.

Participation and assumption of risk
Rise & Flow includes physical activity such as yoga and cold plunges. You take part voluntarily, confirm that you are physically able to do so, and accept the risks involved, including the risk of injury.

Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Sugarshack, Shangri-La Springs, the event's instructors, performers, sponsors and partners, and their staff from any claims arising from your participation in the event.

Alcohol
One drink is included with each ticket. Alcoholic drinks are served only to guests 21 or older, who may be asked to show ID.

Your information
We collect your name, email address, phone number and date of birth to register you for the event. Your contact information will be shared with the event's sponsors and partners, listed on the event page, who may contact you.

Photos and video
The event will be photographed and filmed. You consent to Sugarshack and its partners using photos and video that include you.

Tickets
Tickets are limited to one per order, are registered to the named guest, and are non-transferable.
