Start your Saturday in flow
Rise & Flow is a Sugarshack Sessions wellness event on the outdoor lawn beside the big fig tree at Shangri-La Springs: an hour of yoga set to live music, then a late-morning silent disco.
A satellite bar, coffee cart and cold plunges run all morning, and one drink is included with every ticket. Space is limited to 100 guests.

The experience
Yoga on the lawn
An hour-long class led by Julia Szilagyi of Practice Yoga, beside the big fig tree.
Live music
Soul System Revival plays live through the class.
Silent disco
Headphones on for a late-morning silent disco hosted by DJ Mason.
Recover and refuel
Cold plunges, chair massages from the Shangri-La spa and the Covet Coffee cart, running all morning.
A drink on us
One drink with every ticket: mimosas, wine and Bloody Marys for 21+, juice for under 21.
Gift bag and raffle
Every guest takes home a gift bag, and Bajío sunglasses and partner items are raffled off after class.

What's included with my ticket?
The yoga class with live music, the silent disco, one drink and a gift bag to take home.
How does check-in work?
Check-in opens at 8:30 AM. There's nothing to scan: give your name at the door and we'll find you on the guest list, then hand you your drink ticket and gift bag. You'll still get a ticket by email as your confirmation.
Can I buy more than one ticket?
Tickets are one per order so we can register each guest individually. Coming with friends? Each person books their own spot.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
No. Tickets are registered to the guest named at purchase and are non-transferable.
When do ticket sales close?
Online sales close at midnight the night before the event (Friday, November 20), or sooner if all 100 spots are claimed.
Why do you ask for my date of birth?
Your ticket includes a drink: mimosas, wine and Bloody Marys for guests 21 and over, juice for guests under 21. We collect a date of birth with every ticket so we know which applies.
